Refund & Cancellation

Because every print is custom-made, our refund policy is specific. Please read carefully.

1. Cancellation Window

You may cancel an order for a full refund within 2 hours of payment, as long as production has not yet started. After that, the order cannot be cancelled because materials and machine time are already committed.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives broken, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us on WhatsApp (+91 98855 1663) within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will either reprint and reship the item at no cost, or issue a full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after production has started.
  • Customer-supplied spelling, names, colours or reference images that were printed exactly as ordered.
  • Minor cosmetic variations inherent to FDM 3D printing (layer lines, support marks, slight colour shifts).

4. How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original PayPal account within 5–7 business days. We do not offer cash refunds.
