1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver anywhere within Telangana state. Orders with delivery addresses outside Telangana will be cancelled and refunded.

2. Production Time

Custom prints are produced in 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed, depending on size and complexity. Larger or highly detailed pieces (e.g. god idols, big sculptures) may take up to 7 days.

3. Delivery Time

Once produced, delivery within Telangana takes 2–4 days. Total estimated time from order to doorstep: 4–9 days.

4. Shipping Charges

A flat fee of ₹50 is added per order for delivery.

5. Tracking & Updates

We notify you on WhatsApp (+91 98855 1663) when your print enters production and again when it is out for delivery.

6. Failed Delivery

If our delivery partner is unable to reach you after two attempts, the order will be held for pickup at our studio (Akshara Concept School, Gadwal, Jogulamba Gadwal District, Telangana 509125, India) for up to 7 days.
