These Terms govern the use of https://hs3dprints.idpsgdl.com and the purchase of custom 3D printed goods from HS 3D Prints (a unit of Akshara Concept School).

1. Custom-Made Goods

All products are made-to-order based on the details you provide (name, design, colour, dimensions, uploaded reference). Once production has started, the order cannot be modified or cancelled.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and converted to USD at checkout for PayPal. A flat delivery fee of ₹50 is added per order. Payment is processed securely by PayPal; we never see or store your card details.

3. Production & Delivery

Typical turnaround is 2–5 business days from payment confirmation, plus 2–4 days for delivery within Telangana. Delivery is currently available only within Telangana state.

4. Intellectual Property

You confirm that any image, name or design you submit is your own or that you have the right to use it. You are responsible for the content of your customizations. Trademarked or copyrighted artwork submitted without permission will be rejected.

5. Acceptable Use

We will not produce items that are illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, or designed to cause harm. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion and refund payment in full.

6. Warranty

3D printed parts are decorative/functional craft items. Minor layer lines, support marks and colour variation are part of the process. Items damaged in transit are covered — see our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gadwal, Telangana.
